Whether you're indulging in a burger, savoring a hot dog, or delighting in a milkshake, every visit promises a deliciously fulfilling experience. It always blows my mind when I get the service of a fine dining restaurant at a chain, Luis gave me that. While I was waiting I noticed how he managed, worked and interacted (I don't know if he's a manager but he should be) with customers and staff. Get this guy a promotion or raise!

Five Guys is probably the worst kept secret of fast food. A quick and to the point list of reasons you may or may not know about why Five Guys is great: - It's the only fast food spot with free appetizers. That's the unshelled peanuts that you can scoop out of the giant box. - The Coca Cola Free Machine. Hundreds of choices of soda mean I can sit there for hours and get refills. - Overflowing fries. The Cajun fries are delicious and even though they seem more expensive than elsewhere, the fries portion always overflows into the bag. So a small isn't really small. - The use of peanut oil could technically be considered healthier than some other oils. - You can get unlimited milkshake mix ins. - This specific location is clean. Did I go there twice in one weekend? Yes, I did.

The food was absolutely amazing, great quality. The atmosphere was really chill and the staff were so sweet. This one lady recognized me from 4 months ago and she was the bestt. Give Shane a raise

I eat here maybe twice a year when I'm craving fast food. I think Five Guys offers a pretty solid burger and fries that's generally better than most competitors. And the fries portion is just massive. It's on the pricier side since even getting the little burger and little fries with a drink is $20! Anyway, the food is solid and the staff (typically younger kids) do a nice job. Only improvement is to keep the place cleaner since most tables are always dirty plus a bunch of rubbish on the floor

Five guys is the best cafe in Burlingame, and they have the best burgers as well. I love this place!

I had five guys burgers in the past and they are pretty good. The cool thing about it they don't charge toppings and you get to customize which ones you want on your burger and believe on the hot dogs as well. I usually get the little burger cause the big burger is huge and get fries on the side. Everything is cooked fresh and fries are used in peanut oil. Plus, you get complimentary peanuts while waiting for your order to be ready. It's a cool vibe almost like In N Out but franchised.

I haven't been to Five Guys since the mid 2000s when I lived in DC for a minute. Back then, burgers were cheap and filling on my student budget. I also loved how you could add on so many free toppings (mushrooms were a welcome surprise!). I finished a workout class in the area and was craving some fries. I figured I deserved it since I basically worked off all the calories in advance. There were a few people inside eating, but otherwise it was pretty empty. I ordered the little fry ($4.81 after tax) and the portion size blew my mind. Unlike the name, the serving size was big enough to split between 3 people. It's nothing like what a McDonald's small will get you. Plus, I like how they're made to order. Fresh fries are always a win in my book!
